Youth Group

The youth ministry at LCC exists to teach and impact middle school and high school students about God’s awesome and surpassing love through Jesus Christ. The focus is on how students can live out the Christian walk in a way that builds confidence in themselves, shows love and service to others, and brings glory to God. This is done with the hope and intention that students will continue to grow deeper in their faith and service after high school.

We meet in the youth group room upstairs from 12:30-1:20pm on Sundays where we do life application Bible studies. The studies are insightful, yet fun. They include a lot of student-to-student interaction, art, and humor. Once a month the youth group does their study outdoors, where they walk and talk (much like Jesus did with his disciples).

The youth group is always welcoming new people. We enjoy spending time outside of church doing other events such as retreats, Dare 2 Share, sports, and other wholesome activities which increase fellowship and relevant knowledge of God’s love for the world.
